The hotel amenities and restaurants were decent, but our experience was marred by a rude receptionist and a very dirty room. Although we enjoyed the sea view, the overall condition of the room was disappointing with ripped curtains and dust everywhere. Additionally, we ended up paying significantly more than expected for our kids, which felt unfair given the circumstances.
